How do I make a complaint?
Step 1:
If at any time you would like to register a complaint, you can contact us 24 hours a day, 365 days a year by emailing support@ri.ballybet.com. Our trained and experienced staff will be happy to help. We will investigate each complaint and provide a response to you within ten (10) days.
Step 2:
If, for any reason, you are unsatisfied with the resolution proposed by Bally Bet Sportsbook & Casino, you must first file a dispute with Bally’s before filing with the Rhode Island Lottery. You must do this within 7 days after the date of the original transaction by emailing support@ri.ballybet.com.
Step 3:
If, for any reason, you are unsatisfied with the resolution proposed by Bally Bet Sportsbook & Casino, you have the option to file a dispute with the State of Rhode Island Department of Business Regulation, Gaming and Athletics at the following:
