We truly appreciate your patience and want to keep you informed about your withdrawal.

Once a withdrawal is requested on the site, it will appear as Pending in your account. We aim to process most withdrawals within 24 hours, but the time it takes for the funds to reach you will depend on your selected withdrawal method. 

Processing times by method are as follows:

• VIP Preferred ACH/e-Check: It takes 3 to 5 working days for your financial institution to process the funds into the bank account.
• Cash at Cage: For withdrawals via the Cage, you will receive the money by visiting either of the land-based locations. Please be sure to review the procedure by clicking here, to ensure a smooth transaction. (If you are a multi-state patron and wish to withdraw via the cage, please click here for important information on that specific process.)
• Visa® Direct: While withdrawals are almost instantly, please allow up to 24 hours.
• Mastercard® Debit Withdrawals: Withdrawals can be instant, but please allow up to 24 hours to process
• Paypal®: Please allow up to 24 hours for your withdrawal to transfer into your PayPal® account.
• Apple Pay: Withdrawals may be credited immediately, but please note that it can take up to 24 hours for the funds to become available.
• Trustly: Withdrawals for select banks can be nearly instant, but for other banks, they can take up to 24 hours to process. After approval, it may take an additional 1 to 3 business days for the funds to reach your account. 

You can keep track of your withdrawals by going to: Menu, scrolling down to Wallet, and selecting Transaction History. Once processed, they will show as Successful when they have left our systems.

We will let you know via email once the money has been sent out, or if there is anything that we need before withdrawals can be processed.
