How do I clear Temporary Internet Files and Cookies in the App?
To resolve any freezing, disconnection, or display errors when playing on your iPad, iPhone, or Android, it may be beneficial to delete the App and then re-download it. This works similarly to clearing Temporary Internet Files and Cookies on a computer, and allows our App to load up completely anew.
We also recommend checking for any available updates for the app.
