Understanding Wager Issues After Changing or Removing Your Limit
You can request to change your limit at any time. To ensure all players have an enjoyable experience and play within their comfort levels, we apply waiting periods for certain changes. This is part of our commitment to Responsible Gaming, detailed as follows:
Decrease Rules:
Any requests to decrease your limits will take effect immediately without a waiting period. For example, if your maximum Wager Limit is $2,000 and you decide to lower it to $1,000, this change will be effective right away.
Increase Rules:
Increase requests take effect at the end of the current period plus one additional period. You’ll see the exact date and time for the new limits.
- Daily Limit: Active after the remainder of the day when requested plus one additional day. For example, if you request an increase on Monday, it will be active on Wednesday.
- Weekly Limit: Active after the remainder of the week plus one additional week. For instance, a request made on Friday will be active the following Friday.
- Monthly Limit: Active after the remainder of the month plus one additional month. For example, a request on October 11 will be active on December 1.
If you want to increase your Wager Limit from $2,000 to $3,000, you’ll need to wait a total of 48 hours (current 24 hours plus an additional 24 hours) for the new limit to take effect. You can check the exact timing in your account settings.
Removal Rules:
Removal requests take effect at the end of the current period plus one additional period.
- Daily Limit: Active after the remainder of the day when requested plus one day. For example, if you request removal on Monday, it will be active on Wednesday.
- Weekly Limit: Active after the remainder of the week plus one additional week. For instance, a request on Friday will be active the following Friday.
- Monthly Limit: Active after the remainder of the month plus one additional month. For example, a request on October 11 will be active on December 1.
You can view the exact date and time of your limit removal in your account settings.
