My anti-virus program says that the plugin is unsafe, what do I do?
Unfortunately, some Antivirus providers base the safety of a plugin on how many times it has been downloaded.
As our plugin is a relatively new program, it does not have many downloads yet. This has been a common problem reported from patrons who use Norton Antivirus. Please be assured that the plugin has been extensively tested and is safe to use on your computer, so you can allow the plugin to be installed with confidence.
To allow the plugin to run, please check the quarantine section of your Antivirus program. If the download has been successful, your Anti-Virus may have put it in this section for you to review. You can manually restore the plugin from this section to allow it to run on your browser.
We would advise checking the Support pages for your particular Antivirus program for instructions on how to restore the GeoComply plugin to your browser. Once the plugin is restored and running successfully on your computer, we will be able to try and locate you so you can play.
